HOFFBL Playoff Race NL
So the NL is a tad bit less dramatic than the AL at the moment.
Arizona looks like they are going to hang on and claim a second consecutive West Banner, even though the Giants have the third best record in the Majors. Arizona just keeps pounding… everyone. Outside of a team getting hot like the Phillies did last season, Arizona has to be the favorite to represent the NL in the Fall Classic.
Over in the Central Chicago gots this and the pennant is all but wrapped up. The Cards are charging though, so have we called this too soon? Time will tell.
The East, the Braves look pissed off that they had their streak of pennants snapped and are hell bent on reclaiming the flag. Maddux and Bud Smith are now the only 20 game winners in the league, and it looks like Ryan Rupe will join them soon.
