GM Stooolfan first season with the Cardinals will be high pressure from the Fan's and Owner. Stoolfan has made many trades this offseason. Lets look at the projected infield roster for the 2008 Cardinals.
Starting First Baseman- Bucky Jacobsen 32 yo
Acquired in trade with the Chicago Cubs. Jacobson is an elite hitter with a career slashing line of .311. Jacobson also plays A range defense at 1st Base.

Stating Second Baseman- Bo Hart 31yo
Longtime Second baseman for Stooolfan is probably the worst player on the team. Stooolfan is reportedly attempting to upgrade at Second before opening day. Bo Hart has a career slashing line of .260 and plays poor defense.
Starting Third baseman- Albert Pujols 28 yo
2005 MVP. Absolute monster Albert Pujols will be the leader of this Cardinals Team. Albert plays elite 3b defense. Albert Pujols will be looking to capture his next MVP award this year.
Starting Shortstop- Daniel Murphy, 22 yo
Highly touted prospect Daniel Murphy will be called up to the Bigs for 2008 opening Day. Stooolfan stated he has huge excpectations for Murphy in 08 and hopes fellow vets in the clubhouse can help this young man develop into a star caliber player. Murphy has been scouted to hit for contact and doubles at a brilliant level.
Catcher- Jorge "Sado" Posada 36 yo
Stoolfan aquired Vet backstip Posada on a one year 2 mil dollar deal. The idea Stooolfan stated is too add veteran leadership to the young elite pitching roster.
