Hey Braves fans, it's Pete here and the rundown all things Braves for the last few weeks. After starting out red hot, with an 11-4 record, the Braves have followed that with meteorocraty. In the last three weeks they have gone 9-10, with 7 of the losses by 2 runs or less. This also included two losses losing 0-1.
17 of their games they have put up 3 or less runs, and with the 20 million dollar contract of Rudi on the team, despite his winning NL player of the month for Detroit, one really has to wonder why have that contract on the team.
There has already been a rumor that he might be being shopped around, which considering how much hype the club gave him in the off season for drawing fans to the park, and Teds statement of the biggest firework show ever if he hits his HR milestone this year, one would almost think any trade would be a stab in the back to anyone that bought a season ticket with the hopes of grabbing one of his homers.
