Pete: Hey Braves fans, it's Skip and Pete here with another wrap up for the last week in Braves baseball.
Skip: And what a week it has been, Atlanta has come out of the All Star weekend red hot.
Pete: Since the break they are 6-1, there only loss a slugfest in St Louis that they dropped 7-13 with the Caveman having a rare bad day giving up 5 (4 earned) in 1.2 innings, and the Braves never really recovered from there...
Skip: With the burst out of the gates to start the second half of the season, the Braves currently have the best record in baseball.
Pete: Seaver continues just winning and Hausman is just a game back, and Reggie is just smirking anytime a reporter asks him if he has any comment about some members of the press saying he might be losing his swing earlier in the season. He's currently in 2nd place behind Kittle and Schmidt that both have 22.
Skip: He most definitely seems to have found the stroke... Speaking of...
