Pete: Hey Braves fans, it's Skip and Pete here with another wrap up for the last week in Braves baseball.
Skip: In a surprise to everyone Murph is on the DL
Pete: When did that happen?
Skip: No one knows, he played the entire game Monday the 25th, and then the following day he didn't play, we rewatched the game tape, and nothing seems to have happened
Pete: What did the team say?
Skip: Nothing, there is no injury report
Pete: I thought they had to alert the league office of injuries?
Skip: me too, but there is no information about this
Pete: what did BrianH say about it?
Skip: he said "Dale says he has a broken finger and cant play for at least 4 weeks"
Pete: Were there XRays?
Skip: your guess is as good as mine...
Pete: So any other mysterious injuries?
Skip: nope, all others hit the normal wire, Kennedy is day to day, and Mark B will miss at least a week.
Pete: is there any good news for the past week?
Skip: They at least played above 500, but the Dodgers took 3 of 4
Pete: I've heard they also are doing retro days at the ball park
Skip: yep, they lowered the cost of tickets and the stands have been packed every night, so full that Ted T has talked about adding a couple thousand more seats, and that he screwed up not doing it during the last expansion.
Pete: Wow how would they do that?
Skip: According to their press secretary
Pete: Jenny?
Skip: Yes Jenny, she said sections 8, 6, 7, 5 and 9 would be expanded by 30 seats and then more would be added to the upper decks
Pete: I swear she was having fun with the press because of this weeks #4 song
