Hey Braves fans, it's Pete here with another wrap up in Braves baseball.
So over the last 8 games the Braves went 8-2 improving to 17-12, while being 11-3 since the horrible opening of the season.
After loosing the first game to StL last week, the Braves responded with the best pitching performance of the season, Matlack won a pitching dual of the ages by throwing a no hitter against the cards, a game in which there were only 6 base runners total.
the homestand against Chi started weak with a loss, but finished strong with 3 straight wins, and then they taveled to SF for a 4 game series, going 2-1 in the first 3.
