Greg you can't type out an in-season FA offer as if you can predict the future and think that no one else will offer.
By no means do I need a reunion with Stapleton but just the way you typed out that post I don't agree with because when it comes to in season free agents, anyone can bid on them.
If you wanna type out the whole "sign to demands" shit in your team's extension thread, that's one thing because you're the only person that can negotiate with the player, but I'm just saying if anyone else outbids you for Stapleton, your original post here is gonna look super awkward is all. Being that I have a legit fear of awkward situations, I'm just trying to look out.

I don't give a shit if someone else offers... it is not awkward for me at all.
I can always outbid them afterwards if I want to. I will live also if someone snipes me.

Shale, Greg always says "signs to demands" ... It's not like he's tricking me into signing him. It's just word choice, not bad intent.
I just read that as "offers and hopes no one else outbids him" or "would like to offer to the gentleman sitting at home" or any other in-season FA offer.
