Well Braves fan, I'm afraid to say they did well, because every time we talk about how well they did, they go out and stink up the field, and with a scant 16 games left in the season, they need to get out there and wrap up the division.
This past few days they played 8 and won 7 of them. Swepted the Expos over 4, took two out of three with potential adversaries in the playoffs in LA, and finished with a win at home versus the Padres.
The skipper was heard yelling in the locker room "that is how you are suppose to play, and until we have home field wrapped up to the WS, everyone coming to our ballpark to watch us, better be guaranteed of satisfaction"
the Gem of the week was the 3-0 dominance of the Dodgers where Mahler picked up the win and Corbett got his 48th save of the season
