So we make mistakes on other guys because we did on one? I'd disagree. Cano was a mess up sure but dont punish future players because of it. cano was a catastrophic whiff, but it’s not like Pedroia screams brill hits the same way cano did…I think he’s v fringe and wouldn’t have an issue either way cant be hurting future draft classes because we missed on one player. The drafts are already thin enough as it is, and if we are going to do this to Pedroia then we would have to basically say anyone not a better hitter then Cano can never again get brilliant in hits, career numbers aside. Thats silly, turns one player into a benchmark instead of using a rating system that the league is going by. |

I’m towards the top of the draft but I’ll always be honest with this shit. I said I’d be fine at the end of the day if Pedroia gets brill hits but I feel like he shouldn’t.
