If a cutoff is .285 for good and someone is .282, and the draft sucks, you give it to them.

We keep jumping people forward in drafts. I said this like 4 drafts ago when the trend started. Where does it stop? Once we started, we can't stop. Not that it's a bad thing. But when we created the file, we knew that once we get closer to the end of the setup file parameters (created in 2013), the file would get wonky and clearly there are mistakes in the file. As for gripes, I'm willing to boost Swisher and Granderson HR to good to smooth out the drop-off

Rich Hill needs a softening of those ratings. I feel like they are based on if he was only a reliever. Because if he is getting an sp rating he was never that good.
