I will prepare an announced/stickied GM list and will include board username and preferred contact method (PM, Google Chat, text message via phone #) and activity level (on all the time, only overnight, etc.)
This will help new guys get a sense of the best way to contact someone in trade talks.

Google Chat and generally in evening/night or when sims occur. Can go all day or multiple weekdays without looking.

I (and chris) have ways of contacting most GMs, if you ever run into a road block of no reply for over a week, PM / text Chris and me and we will reach out to them on your behalf.
