In the new league, yes, perhaps, after Brian and I tweak the formulas, and probably per era too. Given the old game, we need an automation tool, and Brian's program works. And given that we are coming up to real time, the stats are not too swell for most recently-drafted players (assuming the stats are even being grabbed from 2023) and therefore their ratings will be meh (other than highly successful, but flash in the pan relievers), so we have to project, and will need to project more as we get even closer to real time. For shits and giggles, Brian, do a test export of the 2023 draft pool... Won't it just be Paul Skenes at 5 stars, and 200 other 1 star duds? |
