I just looked, I'm fine with Norman, but it pisses me off that I get stuck picking behind a GM who's rarely around and takes all of her time and then some (sorry Jen, are we still friends?) and then twice now she picks when I'm working after I've waited for a long time to make my pick and I get auto'd. Kind of garbage.

Matt (CHN), why does this conversation have to be had every single offseason?
The rule isn't that your pick is due 2 hours after the pick ahead of you has been made. That has never been the rule. YOUR pick is due when your time slot is up. Period. Since somewhere in the neighborhood of 8pm central time last night, you've been second in line to pick. You logged on this morning, and were still second in line. SEND A TWO PERSON LIST. Seriously.
I was at the dentist when Jen's pick came due. I walked in the door, was downloading the new file to auto, and she made her pick. At that point, YOUR pick was already 30 minutes past due. At this point, it's an hour and a half past due. SEND A LIST.
This same thing happened to you in the 1st round, and luckily for you we hadn't made the next pick yet, and Chris is nicer than I am, and let you change your pick. I'm really tired of having to defend myself for running the draft the way it's suppose to be ran, season after season. You were SECOND in line for about 15 hours. Send a frickin' list.

I often send a list cause I know some gms take thier sweet time and dont send lists which eats into my time.... I dont like it either but a list saves that....havent listed this year cause i could care less about this weak draft

Jeremy, here, I've got an idea, when we have a GM who is notoriously slow, pick when their time frame is up. I'm ALWAYS on time. EVERY season. I've been slammed at work and haven't had as much time as usual. As soon as I saw I was behind Jen I knew this was going to happen. Again, nothing personal miss. But I knew she would take all of her allotment. I should have sent a list last night, I was tired and assumed she wouldn't have made a pick until later this morning. I don't think she had made it when I logged on this morning and I knew I'd be to the office by 10 AM. There were not time frames posted for round 2 when I looked.
