Mark, thanks for sending me the previous file; +2 points for inconvenience...
The asking price was 2 years, so it's not an automatic fix on end. After offering 2.95M/5, it was "I do not want to be tied up so long!" Mood OK. I offered 4 years, same response. He accepted at 3 years.
So would you like me to fix at flip so it's 3 years instead of 2, or do you have other offers to make?
