I have the same problem with Schmitz and when I try to sign him as a MR, he still won't listen. I have to cut my losses  Looks like Wilson will listen as MR though... |

It's a judgment call I have to make and don't desire to set rules; he should be offered to what he is intended to be. If he's going to be a SP next year and beyond, should be SP. If he just filled in a bunch, he's MR. If he had 20 or more GS's, I'd say he's a SP. If there was a bug and he DID start 20 or more and still refused to listen, I'd allow you to extend as MR and modify contract next season with an higher salary as I feel is appropriate, dependent on age, ratings, stats and endurance.
