Brett wanted less years despite you offering what he was asking for. I tried 3, 4, 5, 6 years and it seems like he wants 5.5 years or something. I got him to sign to 12,230,000 for 5 years so remind me to correct it to 9.23/7 at 1979 file flip.
Also, if you want to make offers but the game says you don't have enough cash for extensions, let me know and I will temporarily bump your cash on hand by 3M to account for the difference.
