* FREE Secondary Talent increase, including up to "A" except in Reliever Duration Rating. If you want to get to A, you'll have to spend 25 points; going up to D, C or B are otherwise free.
If i'm allowed to, I'd like to:
Pay to Increase Chico Salmon's stealing ability to B, so that costs - Cost to increase from C to B: 25 pts
Then use the free to increase his stealing ability to A.
If that isn't allowed, I'd like to just increase Yaz's Fielding Range in RF to A

* FREE Primary Talent increase! Here's the old kicker: You MAY bump a rating to BRILLIANT, provided that the player is 26 years old or older (as of 1969 Opening Day sim) and it will cost 30 points. Another kicker: Did the player already have primary talent increase? THAT'S FINE! It will cost you an additional 60 points. Don't have the points? It's OK, you can go into the negative to make this work.
SP Jim Lonborg - HRs - Good >>> Brilliant - 30 points
2B Bobby Grich - Hits - Average >>> Good - 50 points
