you pay the age part just once per season, it's like the downpayment. You get "discounts" for the first set of reversals (back to D is 2 points, back to C is 3 points, back to B is points), but once that's done and you contact me with more reversals in the same season, it's 5 points for each reversal for the remainder of the season.
Otherwise, you're right, it's 37-15+5+5=32 for these 2 reversals.
