It's actually 5 points in reversal points (reversing back to brilliant is always 5 points from the reversal bank), so you have 20 points remaining. It's the REWARD point cost that is 10 points (age of 20 - 15 + 5 point reversal cost = 10)

Only one at a time; you can do 2 secondaries to a player, so you could go up to C if you spend points on the 2nd increase (though usually you spend on the cheaper one, that is from E to D, and then use the freebie on the more expensive one, that is from D to C ... and then hope for the best in ST that the extra points work, that is from C to B).
