Okay well do what you can on your side to see whats going on because it definitely seems buggy to me at this point.
As far as offers go if I havent hit that dollar figure. Hoping I have but if not please try the following.
6 years at 15mil, 16.5mil, 17.5mil, 18.5mil
If at any point he's close to breaking off negotiations do 2 x 20mil or as a final offer after the 6 x 18.5mil
