Dang it... just made it back on-line. how'd your area do? I am about an hour or so East of Raleigh... the coastal areas got wiped out, in-shore and to my area got hit with wind and much rain. Just South of me is flooding terribly with more to come in the next couple of days. I had power much of the time... but no internet. Wife about drove me crazy, haha. It is amazing (and sad) how much sports and movies I watch on tv... I really missed college football, NFL and such. I am thankful... all around me and much of the state is still without power. Our office flooded in the back room... but it just stinks more than usual in here, haha.

had flood waters in my backyard. lost power for 12 hrs, but had a generator which when I powered up my fiber connection, found out it still worked. |
