T. Boggs: 22 - 10 + 3 = 15 pts ... correct; btw, it's actually reversing Fair back to Average
D. Carmen: 19 - 10 + 3 = 12 pts ... correct; per above, Fair to Average
C. Welsh: 23 - 10 + 4 + 2 = 19 pts ... you can combine reversals in a single post meaning you don't have to do the age part twice in a single post. If Welsh had another reversal after this, you just pay 5 points for each one. Basically you are paying for the "age" part only once per season.
L. Gura: 30 - 15 + 3 = 18 pts ... he was a first rounder, so you get to use (-15)
J. Reardon: 22 - 15 + 4 = 11 pts ... correct
P. Mitchell: 29 - 10 + 4 = 23 pts ... correct; per above, Average to Good
Not bad for first timer!!! ... total of 110 pts

Sorry, it'll be simpler the next time you do it now that you will get more familiar with your players and target which ones to "protect" at all costs or eye which players to boost in off-season.
