I was wondering that too. In LBB in 1993 the first 2 draft picks were Arod and Vladdy Guerrero Guerrero was signed by the Montreal Expos as an unsigned amateur free agent, on March 1, 1993 Vladdy wasn't drafted, which is probably why he wasn't in the draft class.

I was excited to get either Vladdy or A-Rod with #2 OV. Now with this draft class I may trade down. Is it going to be changed much? When is final list coming out so I can decide

A few seasons back, I put together a master spreadsheet that had a tab for each draft year. It includes every single player drafted, with a flag variable for if they signed or not. The intention was to compare the top players (only the top, since there are often around 1,600 total) to the OOTPB list. Not sure if this list is still being used, but I'll be happy to send it over. The one flaw is that it only includes drafted players, and not international signings. But Alex Rodriguez and Chris Carpenter should definitely be in the 1993 class. And in looking at the 1st round only, Torii Hunter should be in there as well.

The following players were drafted and signed in 1993, have either a positive career WAR or 100 games played, and are NOT in the 1993 OOTPB draft file.
Alex Rodriguez Torii Hunter Chris Carpenter Jeff Suppan Brad Fullmer Jose Molina (his brother Bengie is in the file) Javier Valentin Derrick Gibson John LeRoy Dan Smith Kane Davis Roosevelt Brown Todd Dunwoody Edgard Clemente

Wasn't Matsui posted and Yankees offered the most? Same with Ichiro and Seattle, yea? I know Matsui came over at 29, Ichiro was younger if I remember.
Until we're able to find the best way for posted players and international free agents..

Yea, I didn't check the file for who was drafted when. Not going to add all those players in. It will just make next season's draft a little better. I only increased Matsui's HR to Good. All players will have their defensive and speed/stealing ratings adjusted as they are drafted, otherwise it'll take another 2 days to update.

FYI. I made a sarcastic comment that came off more rude than sarcastic or funny, so I deleted it.
That's why the other comments were made.
