How does someone get away with losing 133 games? That and not calling prospects up in AAA who would clearly be better than what hes currently trotting out there.
Yes, I'm talking about Pitt.
specs are allowed to sit in the minors
So the tanking goes unchecked.
Got it.

Honestly NY should get 1st pick. They fielded a team. Even brought up Ichiro who they clearly could have kept down. They actually exported and maintained thier team too.

I've been trying to get something done about teams like Pitt and Texas, Chris just seems too busy to do much about it

It's really not hard to stay competitive during a rebuild. Competitive in this league means not losing 100s of games consecutively. The only one with half an excuse is Colorado. That park has to be difficult. STL has been competitive since I've been here so kudos.
The tank is strong here. Until something is done about it, it'll continue.

in a small market you need to bring up your specs in mass to try and have the best window possible, to maximize your window of financial viability.

Take a look at his AAA, he could've brought them up in mass.
What's STLs secret then? Same market. He has never had to tank.

I did once for 3 or 4 seasons I think. Got impatient and hated it. Gotten a few lucky PDs after trades and some random FA signings. My window is closing and I'm gonna brew bad here soon. Out of money and no real prospects to speak of either.

That's unfortunate.
Your AA is riddled with good prospects.

STL is way more patient when tanking and gets value for each trade, PIT and BOS do scorched earth and ship everything out ASAP. When my wife ran the Angels did the same approach, she took over an OLD team, and shed everything, leading to at the time the all time worst hoffbl record (PIT has since broke it). that said 3 seasons later she was a 97 win team. Teams with < 40 wins seasons BOS 26 27 35 38 39 cal 22 38 Mon 37 PIT 19 33 34 35 36 36 38 STL 36 SDP 28 TEX 38 39

That's pretty interesting honestly. I'd be interested in the years and export amount during the tank.
I ask because stool has exported 7 times all season while losing 133 games.

It's an expansion club and my specs are just now getting ready. I called up Helton and Park during the season. I've signed and traded for veterans in an attempt to stay remotely competitive, I've added salary along the way. I'm at least trying.
