our house closing might have just been fucked all to hell so... figure 7-10 days on the draft file and then we can start the draft.

Any word from Chris at all? yeah, quick convo last night, but about life not simming. I'll wait till this weekend to pester him for info. If he isn't ready, I'll do the flip and expansion next week tuesday or wednesday What happened to him anyway? I understand that he was too busy to sim with everything going on, but it says he hasn't even logged into the website since August. |

OK imputed everything, and just realized I dont have Chris' DB for rookies anymore. I believe the one I created is identical to his, however...
so everything is ready, but not gonna send the file to break till I know for sure

Just was f'n annoying to think we were gonna have another house last friday and now it wont be till Nov 12th |
