I take that back, doing MR makes me wanna be dead Wasnt sure if you were continuing editing the draft file, pumped to see this although it wasnt a happy comment from you haha yeah, I'll be done with it all today. figured out a way that makes it WAY easier, but still tedious |

seems like we have it under control now. Thanks for all the effort guys. including the offers to jump in and take over things. Anyone who is doing things here is taking time out of their personal life for the rest of our enjoyment. So incase it doesn't get said enough, I am sure we all appreciate very much. I for one don't have the time to spare to help much but do really enjoy being a part of the league. Posts like this are appreciated by them I'm sure. Way better than the other garbage. I appreciate the work that goes into a free league that gives me a little enjoyment. It's also not my whole life so I'm patient I'm not sure if this was pointed at me or not.......................I was simply pointing out that I had told Brian I had lots of time last week to help, we're going dreadfully slow again, and that's how I, at least, lose interest, and was why I quit last time. I don't need every day updates, but 30 day off season's or going a week without any updates doesn't interest me either. That's just me. If you're ok with it, great, but not what I'm really looking for. If I'm going to do it I want to do it. If we were told "hey, 30 days off for off-season", at least we would know what to expect and not check in daily or whatever. Not trying to cause issues, but I also know that there are other long time GM's here who also have gotten frustrated with the lack of consistency the last few years. I'm also VERY sympathetic to other people's lives and issues. I get that we all are at different spots in life. BUT there are people willing to help to keep things moving at least consistently. No worries here, carry on. |

No worries here, carry on. if your talking in regards to my post, then definitely not pointed at yourself or anyone in particular. Id love to have people jump in and get the draft done day 1 of the offseason as the league would be running constantly then. But I also understand that people have lives and in this case I think it boiled down to some miscommunication and busy lives that eventually led to a missed opportunity on your offer to step in and help. Definitely appreciate someone like yourself stepping up and offering to help even though it didn't pan out. Even offering is more then I can currently do so again its appreciated as it all keeps the league going for our overall entertainment and enjoyment. |
