1B He Sop Choi had a lifetime OBP of .349, more than .100 points higher than his batting average. Shouldn't his walks be GOOD? 3B Hank Blalock averaged 30 doubles per year. GOOD? OF Fukudome averaged almost 32. Both are AVG in doubles. Same with Marlon Byrd

how are we adding Miggy but not the actual guy who was really picked #1 in this draft?
Reyes should be here as well. Miggy and Reyes both signed in 99
draft is already garbage as hell

Definitely agree, we shouldn't be adding Miggy if we aren't adding the other guys. This draft class is horrid.

Reminder that the draft file was generated back in 2012 and needless to say, any discrepancies and missing players that typically occurred in the past will only get worse going forward. This seems to be the start of the phase where we're really starting to notice it.
That being said, we've only added Miggy so far, so if you think of any others, meep them coming. I appreciate the research. I wouldn't mind play if you become the draft check czar (a reward-point paying position of course) checking for names in each draft. It'll be critical going forward and we'll need a whole list from scratch starting in mid-2000s. Case in point, I think the 2012 draft pool has like 3 players......
Brian - if necessary, might be good idea to delay draft by a day so you have the time to add these players.
Reminder to self - need to add Denny Neagle back into file to "recover" from his career/ season ending injury in 97? Looks like we forgot about it before last seasons flip. I think he was on Milwaukee?

CSCommish I told Brian about the injury and he said nothing could be done. I was trying to resign him last season. Smh.

Marlins: Miguel Cabrera (Signed in 1999) Mets: José Reyes (Signed in 1999) Think they both signed after the draft which puts them in the next draft. That's what gripes are for though. Do the work and theyll edit.

I dont think saying "this draft sucks" is a good enough reason to add a player though.

1B Pujols should definitely not be "very inconsistent". Also loyalty minimal seems pretty harsh. Spent 13 year with STL and 10 with LAA. I'd push for "loyal" but atleast a bump from minimal.
Also should probably have team leader bumped as he was always known as a great teamate and was signed in his later year because he is a great leader in the clubhouse.
