Kenny Rogers couldn't have pitched much better than he did in September, and the American League thought so as well, naming the southpaw Pitcher of the Month. He went 3-0 in September and finished the month with an ERA of 1.36. He struck out 31 in 39.2 innings. Kenny got two complete game shutouts as well!
