one day I could add the logic, though it's cumbersome as age is in a different file.  but no one under 25 should be affected by this, as that would mnean someone ignored a neg PD for a young stud.

that was added in.  but no this was done because good and bril especially for HRs had become irrelevant and basically the same rating

Nothing personal, but I disagree with this.

It is a slippery slope and there is already precedent when I was told nothing can be done for me in the past.

Either way Palmer isn’t very good and isn’t going to move the needle, but to edit ratings based on a bad signing is not something I agree with.

If anything the Brian’s Post Spring Training ratings thing needs to be better explained in the constitution.
