I dumped all of the players from the master list above, so we'll need to do the following tasks, in order: Phase 1 1. Separate players into batters and pitchers 2. Determine which players do not qualify - 100 PA, 20 IP for example (will be highlighted in blue) 3. Determine which players are repeats/dupes (will be highlighted in red) Phase 2 4. Make a list of players to add (will be highlighted in green) This task will need the help of @play in particular. Note we are adding Johan Santana to the draft, not FA. 5. Determine if we have enough viable players to rate (min. 120, max. 150), then adjust as necessary Phase 3 6. Start rating players This is a task that could be shared, but if more than 1 person wants to participate, let me know so I can create a second ratings generator for you to work in. Once all players are rated, we should discuss the metrics used and adjust as needed (will make wholesale rating changes based on stats pulled in from baseball-reference), which will streamline gripes.

Matt (TB) has finished pulling in player data into 2004 tab and I just ran the ratings task.
If you give it a second to get your bearings on the spreadsheet, you'll see the batting and pitching ratings for all bolded players.
