Out in the West the Dodgers again are holding off the DBacks and are in a commanding position to take the West one more time with 83 wins tied with the Cub. Recently they managed to get a young starter for scraps to maintain their pool of youngsters ready to take over once the current group of SP dies. The Cubs are running away with the division, much to the chagrin of the Cards and Pirates. St louis has continued their rebound from their rebuild and looks to again make the post season as the Wild Card from the National League. Pittsburg after starting the season red hot has cooled some and is tied with the Dbacks 7 games back from the Cards for the WC spot. Milwaukee is so bad they look to be set to auto drop to the 4th pick in the draft.

Florida again has a dang good team, but is 9 games back from the Cards for the WC and 11 games back from the Braves. New York continues its rebuild, and Philly continues to flounder letting teams get some wins.
