As per new rules, the bottom 6 teams will be placed into an NBA-style draft lottery.
The bottom 6 teams for the 2005 draft are:
1. MIL (23 wins)
2. PHI (30 wins)
3. TBR (37 wins)
4. SFG (41 wins)
5. NYN (42 wins)
6. TOR (51 wins)
Base combinations are:
1. MIL - 350 out of 1,000

6. TOR - 70 out of 1,000
Reductions:

- win less than 60 - 25% reduction - TOR
- had #1 pick last season - 50% reduction - None, it was PIT last season
