I will say, Pedroia was probably trolled into a decision. I hope the rest (myself included) get better with that when doing gripes.
'Cutch and Tulo are difference making players. One was upgraded into that (rightfully so), and the other simply is being neglected.

these are all points that were suspiciously absent literally last draft I wasn't part of last years discussion and that changes nothing about the stats McCutchen was not as good an average hitter as Pedroia, he doesn't deserve it by the stats.

Would have to agree with Break. if Pedroia was all the outrage for not being brilliant in hits. These two are defintely not brilliant.

I don't think so either with respect to average, but we can't always look back on a mistake setting the bar for the rest. That's just a silly way of handling things. Plus, the league is incredibly inflated at this juncture. This current system ain't it. We run into issues with how it spits out players all the time. When are we gunna start realizing that? I also think my argument is easily for Tulo to receive Brill HRs and not hits btw

he hit > 29 hrs 2x in his career 30 in 2011 and 32 in 2009 and the ratings are suppose to be based on 550 AB in which case he's not even close. He's close for me to be sympathetic, but not close enough to give him brill Tulo was arguably the best SS in his peak. He has no chance of that given his rating profile (without PD help) I think we are way too caught up in the exact formula here Facts

Clay Buchholz had an 8.0 H/9 in his best 5 years. That's borderline Brilliant. He should have good hits.

Andrew Cashner started 188 games, need SP duration Then I'd say the ratings drop. Was he that dominant as a SP? Better yet, after looking where did he get those ratings anyway? A career ERA of 4.10 and 30 games under 500.
