no idea who did the spreadsheet, but as mentioned there have been a lot of errors found so far huh? nobody did spreadsheet pitchers you are the only one that did anything to rate pitchers? besides like 4 guys. the spreadsheet you sent me had pitchers rated. I just went with what was there  |

I'll fix some more and Chris has final say. I made my case for McC after he said no to tulo and him, so who knows. I wanna start the draft tomorrow night at the latest though |

There needs to be some leeway when doing draft ratings.
the franchise rule should definitely be in consideration when rating players. This is why a lot of shitty teams can't improve. They cant even grab a "star" player at the top, they have to settle for the pile of shit that is the rest of the draft. Shit teams end up having to deal their youth to the good teams for aging ass vets. But I guess that's by design here.

2005 draft is one of the best over the past 18 years.
Ratings should reflect that, not looking at a fucking spreadsheet.

use the spreadsheet to start ratings, but then ya gotta use some feel. using just the spreadsheet results in a bajillion relievers with brilliant in hits, like we have now. just doesn't make sense.
