I asked this before and didn't get an answer. Overbay lost his defensive ratings during ST this year. Is there are rule about players having to have a defensive rating of some kind like there used to be? What is the process for this situation?

From the constitution: Position Players may be played out of position on the Active Roster for up to 40 games without receiving a rating. Past that limit and if the player has not "learned" the new position, the player will be assigned ratings of .800 fielding percentage with E range. |
