As per new rules, the bottom 6 teams will be placed into an NBA-style draft lottery.
The bottom 6 teams for the 2005 draft are:
1. MIL (37 wins) 2. TBR (42 wins) 3. SFG (52 wins) 4. TOR (55 wins) 5. HOU (58 wins) 6. OAK (59 wins)
Base combinations are:
1. MIL - 350 out of 1,000 2. TBR - 250 out of 1,000 3. SFG - 150 out of 1,000 4. TOR - 100 out of 1,000 5. HOU - 80 out of 1,000 6. OAK - 70 out of 1,000
Reductions: - win less than 30 - 100% reduction - None - win less than 40 - 75% reduction - MIL - win less than 50 - 50% reduction - TBR - win less than 60 - 25% reduction - SFG, TOR, HOU, OAK
- had #1 pick last season - 50% reduction - None, it was SDG (moved from PHI) last season - had #1 pick past 2 seasons - 100% reduction - None, it was SDG (moved from PHI) last season
Revised combinations are:
1. MIL - 88 out of 1,000 ... other 262 are unassigned 2. TBR - 125 out of 1,000 ... other 125 are unassigned 3. SFG - 113 out of 1,000 ... other 37 are unassigned 4. TOR - 75 out of 1,000 ... other 25 are unassigned 5. HOU - 60 out of 1,000 ... other 20 are unassigned 6. OAK - 53 out of 1,000 ... other 17 are unassigned
Disregarding unassigned combinations, percentage of #1 pick:
