I’m not griping or complaining, just trying to better understand the process and equations. If this is true, why does the new program have all three guys worse than Brian said they should be? Can we get the process and benchmarks listed somewhere for everyone to see? here it is … Cool, but it obviously doesn’t answer my question. Transparency would be helpful with gripes moving forward. People throw out the statistics. But I still haven’t seen it posted in plain English. Peak 5 or Peak 7? Do they need to be come in a consecutive years or can you cherry pick from the front, middle and back of the career? I’m not trying to be difficult, I legit don’t know and/or understand. Thanks. |

I think its pretty open. Its about the argument. 5 years in a row. But also if a player has 5 or 7 elite years out of 12 or 14 then theyll look at that too
