Since break keeps ignoring the fact that he drafted Santana at #2 and not pedroia.
How about this...
Break gets Pedroia with brilliant hits. Can use his 10 year anniversary reward somewhere else.
But....
He has to sent SP Johan Santana to the New York Mets for MR Brian Kintzler.
This corrects how the draft would have gone. Very simple solution. I imagine the Mets would be happy. Break should be happy.
Obviously Johans 10th year anniversary reward would be reversed as well.
In my opinion if there is any fight back to this solution from Break, then he is simply trying to be greedy. As he knows full well he would not have gotten Johan at #5.

Kinzler had starter duration when he started.
He also had fair walks if I remember correctly
Greeme took a risk drafting him. a few camps and PDs later he looks great.
