I just stumbled apon it trying to figure out a solution to this Pedroia thing.
If he had the starter duration at the time of the draft, great! Kills my solution to the problem but thats fine.
If he didn't have it, then that's another issues. Either way it's just something that got ran into because of looking at players for a solution

Perfect then. Not sure why Tampa said they checked and he didn't. Seems silly to lie just to confuse people.
