Time to see what it looks like in the NL after the second month of the season.
East
After Washington raced out to a 19 – 7 start, the teams has cooled off and a 12 – 16 May has them in second place trailing the Division leader Phillies by 2 games. The Braves after 21 straight division titles are looking a bit tired and currently are in third, three games back.
Central
The Outraged Pirates have had a great May going 20 – 8 to take the lead away from the Cubs, as the Cubs faltered going 16-12 for the month of May. That is a sharp drop off from the 18 – 7 April the Cubs had.
West
Arizona has let go of their crème de la crème title to the Twinks, but they are still thee most dominant team in the NL. While the Dodgers are still making some noise it is doubtful that they can catch the DBacks, and at most will be fighting for a WC birth.
