Braves 5/2
Braves fans, going into the week, for the season they have a record of 11 and 9. On the week they went four and three, bringing their record to 15 and 12.
They started the week in Chicago where they dropped two of the three games, and only managed to win in extra innings in the second game of the series.
They then traveled to Cinn where they went one and one vis the Reds, before transitioning to May where it started off nicely with two wins to finish the four game series against the Reds. Both of the final games the Braves pitching shut out the Rds and for a change the hitters scored some runs with a nine nothin win followed by a four nuthin win.
In the 9 – 0 win, they felt the need to pull Rupe at the 8 2/3 mark costing him a chance at a complete game shut out.
