The Pirates lost some more. The team is terrible. Nobody cares around here about 2008 as Steeler training camp has started and Big Ben and company looked poised for another trophy, Steeler fans believe. But not Pirate fans
Let me reemphasize that the entire team has checked out except for the guy tracking the talent changes. Everyone else is playing golf daily and there are rumors that they have doubles playing in their places.
The lack of apathy could be worse, if anyone cares enough to care even less but even Jamieson was seen watching the Steeler preseason game during last Sunday's loss
The last 10 games have been horrific at 1-9 and the 10 before that were so bad the team psychologist said to forget them, using hypnosis.
The season can't end fast enough, and even if it did, I don't think many people in the Steel City would care.
