Someone voted for Ripken and not Tettleton. Only difference I see is HR vs SB. I passed on both but voted.

Micky is better. and so what if cal had 200 SBs he was caught almost as many times as he got one. Micky had 330 dingers and a better batting avg, way more walks, 6 allstars,,, whoever voted for cal did so on name only I guess

Ya I think maybe if we can get career positions for these guys its might help. Not sure if everyone here at the moment realizes that Tettleton was a catcher. Pretty impressive career from that position.

tettleton was an on base machine. shame for a guy that so close to Franco's on base % and slugging % and OPS, getting almost no votes. Oh well
