Given that Yankees and Brewers had new GMs this season, they will each be moved up a slot in the draft lottery reduction chart. Meaning instead of 100% reduction for less than 30 wins, it'll be 75% reduction for less than 40 wins. When does the lottery/draft typically happen and when/where can I see the class I'll get the prelim up soon(tm) sorry the new job has kicked my butt |
