I need to be able to win the WS with a weakened NL, duh Yep and has the magic water for cano lol, maybe you had the dirty water by pissing him off with your offers? I looked and Dan was offering right at 10M? So that was where I started. Trading a player resets the negotiation process. My guess is that his drop in secondary ratings before I offered ended up lowering his signing price, which makes sense, since all of the number ratings and secondary ratings, combined with their loyalty rating, influence their singing price (except for the obvious 20M).

And as I noticed, it is best to offer to SP BEFORE the playoffs, because you run the risk of pissing off your #4 or #5 guy when you move them into the bullpen during the playoffs. Will probably add that as a "recommendation" in the rules
