I was reluctant to give myself points because of the sheer talent the Yankees had in the 1950's.
I am considering giving myself a point per 50 posts beginning in the 1962 off-season when we begin with 20 teams. Anyone have an issue with that?
Likewise, I am considering removing the cap on 5 points per season. Anyone have issues with that?
These won't take effect until 1962, like the all-star point changes.

Commish should earn the points too but keep the cap.... the cap is needed for obvious reasons.

Well I'm at around 4650 posts. We're nearing the end of our 8th season. So i I'll be at 4800 by seasons end? So maybe 600 posts a season so about 11 to 12 points a season.
Without the cap shale would probably get 10 points a season for good measure. Perhaps banker job could be reduced by 5 points to offset it since the majority of shales posts are from banker anyway.

The problem is some people dont post as much and you take into effect the amount of admin posts. they add up easily.... no offense shale but you will be down for any raise in the cap as you will hit that cap no matter what each season. i dont think ive hit the 5 point cap once in a season neither have a lot of other gms. so raising the cap would only benefit those who dont really need the extra points already.

I have no problem allowing Chris to get 10 points a season. He does do a lot of work that he doesn't get points for, when we all get points for doing odd jobs that don't take nearly as long. And Chris hands out points for little things we do, that he never has a chance to get.
5 extra points isn't going to give him any advantage.
There isn't really a voting option for my choice, so I won't vote.
