I really hope a part of Chris' rule is that we don't have to select the players now. So many of the players we'll be taking might not be rated how we envision them, due to poor starts or finishes to their careers, or simply not being as good as we remember. I really like the strategy of getting to look the class over, and deciding. Or passing on a guy, a pitcher, b/c your rotation is loaded, and taking that good hitter 5 seasons later.

More strategy involved to be certain. Most teams wont have the luxury of passing on truly elite talent though. |

Im leaning towards Marichal just because of the lack of pitching right now. Although I love Willie Mac. I was torn between Doc Gooden and Piazza, but Piazza will be a beast and I might just tank in 1979 just to get Doc. Hopefully it all works out. |

Benchs value will be huge. C with those type of power numbers. WOOWEE And Piazza's value will be massive too when he comes through |
