Has to be at least 24 hours before either Brian and I process anything. So it could be 24 hours on the nose, or 3 days. Still open until we process it.

Sorry, I am not understanding the question or what you're implying. Either way, a minimum of 24 hours must pass before either Brian or myself can confirm the signing. That means someone can post a better offer within or outside the 24 hour limit, but it must be before Brian or myself can confirm the signing. The primary intent is not to give everyone a window of EXACTLY 24 hours, but to ensure that Brian or myself give a reasonable amount of time for others to outbid. OTherwise, I would post a bid for say, Bautista, and immediately confirm the signing.
