Unfortunately, I do not have enough room on my 15-man protection list to protect all 8 of my 5* SP prospect (tough situation, I know). Therefore, in lieu of just giving one away during the expansion draft, I am entertaining offers for SP Peters, who has earned a ML rotation spot at 24 years old and still has plenty of room for development. I would like to get draft picks or protected recent draftees in return for such a highly regarded prospect. He is not eligible for trade until after the season (unless via waivers, which I don't want to pursue), but I have received an assurance from Commish that trades can be processed between the file flip and the beginning of the expansion draft. If you are interested, let's set the parameters for a deal to be posted immediately after the file flip.
To a lesser extent, I am also shopping 5* SP prospect Hook. I would expect to get a bit more for him than Peters, but I am willing to deal him instead for the right price. Since he is still in the minors, he is eligible for trade right now. So, knock my socks off and you can have Hook immediately.
PM with your offer for either player. I am not interested in guys that will require protection as that defeats the purpose of this trade.

No one (other than one of you) wants a premium, developed pitching prospect...interesting.

No one (other than one of you) wants a premium, developed pitching prospect...interesting. I love him as a player, but I have top quality arms coming out of my ears right now. If you were offering a top flight bat, that would be different.

Your parameters make it difficult.

Draft picks and recent draftees...every team should have these. If you don't need a potential ace, then fine, but I don't see how it is difficult.

Sadly there are a lot of guys like him around right now. League has a lot of pitching.
I'm sure you'll get something eventually, it's just funny that you keep saying things like "none of you want a premium, developed prospect" or "well if you don't need a potential ace, that's fine." That's really not the case.

Last chance...I will trade Peters for a top-10 draft pick or a 5* protected spec OR two of the following: 1st rounder draft pick or 4.5* protected spec.
Willing to entertain other creative offers.
Deleting this as the need for expansion protection has passed.

After the expansion draft, I am pivoting to look for a ML catcher. Needs to be solid defensively with preferably a .750+ OPS. For the right guy, this could be a 1-for-1 deal. PM me!

Edited to reflect the Sawatski trade. Now looking for an elite catching prospect for one of my SPs.
