Yup, it's already Christmas Eve, and in addition to a World Series sim, I am offering the following gift; you have options and must choose one.
* FREE Primary Talent increase! Here's the kicker, you MAY bump a rating to BRILLIANT, provided that the player is 26 years old or older (as of 1962 Opening Day sim) and it will cost 25 points. Don't have the points? It's OK, you can go into the negative to make this work.
OR
* THREE (3) FREE Secondary Talent increases!
Please note that this MUST be spent by the 1962 Opening Day sim! If it is not, I will spend it for you as I see fit!
Tracker:
BAL - Potential to Brilliant BOS - Potential to Brilliant DET - Potential to Brilliant NYA - 3 Secondaries WAS - n/a
CHA - Potential to Brilliant CLE - n/a KCA - 3 Secondaries LAA - Potential to Brilliant MIN - 3 Secondaries
CHN - Potential to Good NYN - Potential to Brilliant PHI - Potential to Brilliant PIT - Potential to Good STL - Potential to Brilliant
CIN - Potential to Good HOU - n/a LAN - Potential to Brilliant MIL - 3 Secondaries SGF - Potential to Brilliant

Looking like Koufax's BB talent to Brilliant at this point.
Was going to consider Gentile or Demeter, and bumping their Hits talent to Brilliant, but both have had increases in the past.

I feel both teams should get it but that maybe Stoolfan will pay for it later or something. I'll sort it out with Chris.

No reason Astros/Colt 45's shouldn't get this too

All 20 teams are going to benefit from this, but I will extend all 4 expansion teams (Senators, Angels, Mets and Astros) until the 1963 Opening Day sim to spend it, should it be necessary.

You are limited to 2 secondaries per player, so you could do 2 to 1 player and 1 to another player. Or it could be 1 to 3 players. Can't go to A, no. Maybe next major holiday =)

i dont have the points....stupid held...gonna make me go negative For what? The primary increase to Fair/Average/Good is free; if you choose to do Brilliant, it's 25 points and I specifically stated I'll allow you guys to go negative for this one. The 3 secondary increases are also free...
